1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging AppStuck services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Jensen Technologies (operating as AppStuck).

2. Services Description

AppStuck provides professional development services specializing in taking over, completing, and launching applications created on AI development platforms including but not limited to Builder.ai, Lovable, TeleportHQ, Bolt.new, and similar platforms.

3. System Access Requirements

Important Security Notice

To provide our services, we require access to your development systems, hosting platforms, and related accounts. This may include sensitive information such as:

  • Login credentials to hosting platforms
  • API keys and access tokens
  • Database access credentials
  • Source code repositories
  • Third-party service accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Providing unique username and password combinations (where possible) rather than sharing your primary credentials
  • Revoking all access credentials immediately if you no longer wish us to work on your project
  • Monitoring and auditing access to your systems during our engagement

4. Payment Terms

Hourly Rate

€60 per hour (approximately $70 USD)

5-hour minimum engagement

Payment Policy

All payments are required upfront.

Fixed-price quotes available for larger projects.

No Refund Policy: All services are provided on a no-refund basis. Payment is required in advance and is non-refundable once work begins.

5. Project Scope and Changes

Any changes to the agreed project scope will be discussed and may result in additional charges. We will provide clear communication about scope changes and associated costs before proceeding.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you retain all rights to your application and intellectual property. We may retain the right to use non-proprietary code patterns and general methodologies in future projects.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your project details, business information, and any sensitive data we may access during our engagement. This confidentiality survives the termination of our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or any interruption thereof.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for immediately revoking all system access credentials provided to us.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, where our primary business operations are located.
